When you use ServiceMagic to find a professional, you are backed by our Limited Service Guarantee. We are here to help your project go smoothly and if there are concerns regarding a ServiceMagic referred service professional or their work we can credit up to $500 toward resolving the project (with higher amounts for consumers with premium memberships).
How It Works:
- Respond to our emails during the project. If you have any concerns regarding a ServiceMagic referred service professional or their work, contact us via email at conscustomercare@servicemagic.com or toll free at (877) 699-4736.
- We’ll initiate our problem resolution process to address your concern.
- If not resolved, we may contribute up to $500 to help make your project right.

The ServiceMagic Premium Membership includes:
- Membership for one year.
- Increased Service Guarantee Coverage for all Service Requests submitted to ServiceMagic during the Premium Membership Term.
